About Us
It's a New Day Foundation is a Christian 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization based in Michigan. We are inspired by compassion and driven by our mission to support children and families affected by pediatric cancer and other life-threatening illnesses. We provide programs that bring hope, joy, and fun to children and their families. Our aim is to alleviate the burdens of hospitalization and treatment by offering support that directly benefits kiddos and families in need. The Foundation was created to honor the legacy of our young warrior Jake Pennar and the spirit of kindness encapsulated in Jesus' Great Commandment.
Donating to It's a New Day you join our cause for helping children during the most challenging time of their life. We are based in Michigan and our funding goes directly to our communities.
If you are a family that has a recent life-threatening diagnosis for your kiddo, we would be honored if you reach out to us so we can tell you about our programs. We would also love to come alongside you and your family in prayer.
Our current programs include the 21 Days of Jake Toy Drive benefiting local Children's Hospitals and the Evening of Dreams event which provides a joy filled evening for children facing life threatening illnesses and their families.
